The proposed site has been dictated by the surrounding streetscape in terms of its mass and height. The proposal follows the building line of the existing adjacent houses and the depth respects the original rear wall of the houses, providing adequate separation to the existing properties.
The building form has been generated by setting back 2 No. secondary blocks from the main two storey block which continues the existing eaves line and enhances the existing streetscape.
