BALLYROGAN NEWTOWNARDS
This replacement dwelling has commanding views across the Newtownards townscape and towards Scrabo Tower. The main house is finished with white render and a slate roof. Contrasting the main body of the house in both form and material is a large lounge, here grey walls are topped with a mono-pitched zinc roof. This front block creates a T-shaped plan arrangement, semi-enclosing a south-facing outdoor living terrace on one side and a entrance courtyard towards approach side.
